We do not accept exchanges.
Damaged Items
In the case of damaged items, email us pictures within 3 days of delivery clearly showing the item and damage. Item must then be returned to us in the same condition as when you received it. Otherwise a partial refund will be given, in accordance to damage and cost. Possible refund once item is received if exchange is not possible.
